We want you to love what you ordered from Apparelo. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear bottoms, underwear and Final Sale items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email apwlabsllc2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Need a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get what you want.
